Once a service has been initiated, refunds are generally not provided, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
2. Cancellation Policy
Before project start: Clients may cancel within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.
After project start: Cancellations are not eligible for a refund, but we may offer partial refunds or credit toward future services, at our discretion.
Ongoing services (e.g., monthly marketing retainers): Clients must provide at least 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle to cancel.
3. Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
Duplicate payments made in error
Services not delivered within the agreed timeframe (unless delays are caused by the client)
Technical issues preventing delivery of a digital product purchased directly through our site
4. No Refunds For:
Completed projects that have been delivered and approved
Dissatisfaction due to lack of results (e.g., ad performance, traffic, or engagement), since outcomes depend on many external factors beyond our control
Change of mind after service commencement
Third-party service fees (e.g., hosting, ads, software subscriptions)
